Its finally the season of spring and makeup trends are rising. It’s the season of bright shadows, and warm tones. In today’s makeup look I wanted to achieve a vibrant but subtle look. I played with warm tones and shades of pink and coral with highlighted checks which will glow from a distance.
The temperature is rising and my skin is acting up. I refuse to take the heat and sometimes I even act like a vampire joking my powers would decrease if I step out in the sun. I am a cold winter girl and If I have to be living in high temperatures I rather do it in a tropical destination. Diva mode alert.
Anyways, I am all about embracing the beauty around. Flowers are blooming and I came up with a light face base routine and products which are perfect to play with in this changing climate.
Face- I have been loving my recent purchase, The 123 ‘perfect foundation’ from Bourjois. Its light but gives a decent coverage. It results in a flawless finish & stays through all day.
To conceal I have still been using the Maybelline fit me concealer & I am going to be addicted to this for a while, Its been my ultimate go to even without foundation, I just apply blend and run out of the house.
Cheeks – Its the perfect time to experiment with cream blushes! My recent purchase is the ‘Whipped Velvet Blush from MUA cosmetics which I bought from Nykaa. I am all about the natural glow’ The blush is smooth, soft and glides on the cheeks and gives instant colour.
For highlighter I stick to my MAC soft & gentle.
Eyes- Like I said earlier, Warm tones are definitely rising and I used my trusted NYX palette for this look. I used a copper orange undertone eyeshadow on my outer corner of the eyes and blended with a soft fluffy brush. I smudged out the copper shade in the lower lash-line as well. In the inner corner and crease I used a white shadow to make the copper stand out more. To finish the look I applied my new Hyper Glossy liquid liner from Maybelline & applied my favourite lashes from Glowmiere Beauty in the style ‘Dulce’
Lips – Coral lips are my new thing. I used my favourite MAC lipstick in the shade ‘Crooswires’ its the perfect coral shade out there.
